Krieger has the ability to evaluate his cases from multiple perspectives due to his experience as a witness, a prosecutor, and a defense attorney. He’s seen the problems that plague some police investigations: witness contamination, bias, unreliable practices in witness identification, crime scene contamination, improper test administration and equipment maintenance, improperly trained officers, and misconduct. Krieger has investigated, supervised, or evaluated thousands of cases as a police investigator, supervisor, or assistant district attorney. Let his experience work for you. Dan Krieger is a relentless advocate for his clients with an eye for detail and ability to read between the lines.
